At XCMG Foundation’s intelligent manufacturing base, more than ten units of underground mining equipment were recently dispatched in bulk, marking a new step in XCMG’s continuous expansion into the global underground mining market. Carrying the strong commitment of “Made in China,” the equipment is set to be delivered overseas to support mining operations under extreme working conditions.

The delivered underground mining equipment represents XCMG’s flagship products, developed through advanced R&D capabilities and strong manufacturing strength. The XUL514 underground loader and the XUT545 underground articulated truck are specifically engineered for harsh underground mining environments, combining high reliability, high efficiency, and intelligent features. Through customized solutions tailored to specific operating conditions, these machines are designed to maximize value for customers in complex and demanding applications.

Over the past decade, XCMG has built a comprehensive underground mining equipment portfolio covering the full mining process, including drilling, bolting, mining, loading, and hauling. The company has successively launched China’s first domestically developed large-tonnage diesel underground loader, achieved breakthroughs in computerized tunneling jumbo technology, and independently mastered remote control and autonomous driving systems. To date, more than 1,000 units have been delivered to customers in over ten countries, with large-tonnage equipment successfully operating in the world’s largest nickel mine and well-known gold mining projects.
