According to the statistics of China Construction Machinery Industry Association for 33 forklift manufacturers, all types of forklifts have sales of 86,584 in May 2022, down by 16.2% year on year. Domestic sales was 54,922, with a year-on-year decrease of 29.6%. The overseas sales was 31,662, increasing by 25.2% year on year. From January to May 2022, the cumulative sales of forklift was 457,617, declining 0.61%. Among them, domestic sales was 314,954, with a year-on-year decrease of 10.6%. The latest data from the National Bureau of Statistics shows that in April 2022, the output of excavators was 13,981 units, with a year-on-year decrease of 58.9%. The cumulative output from January to April was 106,459 units, declining 27.3% year on year. In terms of tractors, the output of large, medium and small tractors in April was 10,146 units, 27,690 units, and 14,000 units respectively, falling by 12.1%, 23.7%, and 30% year-on-year. From January to April, the cumulative output of large, medium and small tractors was 36,918 units, 120,212 units, and 58,000 units, down by 6.5%, 10.8%, and 17.1% year-on-year respectively.
