Recently, in the intelligent runway base construction project at Singapore Airport, the XCMG XD105T double drum vibratory roller completed the delivery and commissioning of an unmanned construction system.

On February 4, XCMG held a strategic cooperation signing and bulk delivery ceremony for its road machinery division. More than 100 units of road construction equipment were assembled and officially delivered to a key customer, marking a strong start to the new year and highlighting the company’s solid capabilities in road equipment manufacturing.

Carrying the strong commitment of “Made in China,” the equipment is set to be delivered overseas to support mining operations under extreme working conditions.

The commissioning ceremony of the Simandou Iron Ore Project was recently held at Marébaya Port, marking an important step for one of the world’s most anticipated mining developments. Known for its exceptionally large reserves and high-grade ore, Simandou—located in southeastern Guinea—features concentrated ore bodies and shallow deposits, making it one of the most promising iron ore resources globally.

On October 28–29, the Governor of Jiangsu Province visited XCMG Group to conduct an in-depth survey and emphasize the full implementation of the guiding principles of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee.

Recently, ZOOMLION held a product appreciation event at its Wilbert factory in Germany under the theme “Green & Intelligent.” The event featured earthmoving machinery, aerial work platforms, and telehandlers, attracting many European engineering industry guests to experience the strength of Chinese intelligent manufacturing. On display were over 10 models of earthmoving equipment, including ZE27GU, ZE55GU, ZE145GU, ZE225GN, and ZS090V, covering mini to medium excavators and skid steer loaders. For aerial operations, ZOOMLION presented six models such as the ZS0507C aerial platform and ZTH4525R telehandler. All equipment has been optimized for the European market, earning high praise from visitors. The ZE55GU excavator, equipped with a high-power engine and electronic control main pump, delivers stronger power with lower fuel consumption and higher efficiency. Its full-open hood simplifies maintenance, while adaptive speed control and large-angle swing make it ideal for tight urban job sites. The ZTH4525R telehandler features strong lifting capability and excellent off-road performance with a four-wheel drive system, front and rear drive axles, and a limited-slip differential, ensuring outstanding traction and maneuverability on rough terrains. It also supports multiple attachments, meeting Europe’s diverse construction needs. Guests were invited to test-drive various ZOOMLION machines, experiencing their performance firsthand and offering valuable feedback for future product upgrades. Localized service cases were also showcased, highlighting the company’s fast response and full-service support. Several cooperation agreements and purchase intentions were signed on-site. Since acquiring the Wilbert factory in 2018, ZOOMLION has expanded its presence across Europe, with new facilities in Hungary and an expanded second phase in Germany. Moving forward, ZOOMLION will continue to drive innovation, advancing intelligent and green equipment to strengthen its deep cultivation of the European market and foster global partnerships for sustainable growth.

On August 28, the "SANY Group Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Exchange Conference" was held in Ningxiang. More than 80 participants attended, including intelligent manufacturing leaders, technical experts, and key members from SANY Group’s Intelligent Manufacturing Headquarters, Quality Upgrade Office, and 10 major business divisions. Recently, XCMG’s second batch of intelligent wheel and crawler cranes has been shipped to a large-scale alumina project in Southeast Asia, marking a solid step forward in XCMG’s deep integration into major global infrastructure projects. The products in this shipment cover a range of wheel and crawler cranes from 50 to 500 tons, capable of handling steel structure construction, plant installation, and various other operating conditions, while meeting modern project requirements for efficiency, safety, and intelligence. Among them, theXGC500Aoffers a lifting capacity of 500 tons, ideal for high-altitude heavy-load operations. Recently, CATERPILLAR (China) Machinery Components Co., Ltd. celebrated two significant production milestones: the 500,000th cab from its cab facility and the 200,000th powertrain component from its transmission facility officially rolled off the assembly lines. At the cab milestone event, Tony Kramer, Vice President of Operations for the Advanced Components & Systems Division, joined the local management team and business partners to witness this major achievement. The event highlighted the factory’s excellence in intelligent manufacturing and process innovation. Moving forward, the cab facility will continue to drive operational excellence and deliver greater value to Caterpillar’s global customers. At the powertrain milestone ceremony, Tony Kramer celebrated the moment alongside the transmission team, recognizing the factory’s journey—from overcoming quality and cost challenges to successfully advancing automation. Since 2021, the facility has embraced a new path of digitalization and automation. The launch of its integrated AGV intelligent logistics system marked a leap forward in automating material handling and boosting smart operations. With the 200,000th unit as a new starting point, the powertrain facility will continue to deepen its digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and write the next chapter in Caterpillar’s journey of operational excellence.

Currently, ZOOMLION's seven large tower cranes are working on the site of the Jakarta Oasis Twin Towers project, the tallest building in Indonesia's main structure, with excellent performance to help build this new landmark. The Oasis Twin Towers project is located in the central core business district of SUDIRMAN, Jakarta, Indonesia. The entire project includes two towers, of which the T1 tower is 331 meters high and will become the tallest building in Indonesia's main structure after completion. A total of seven ZOOMLION tower cranes were used in the project to participate in the construction and hoisting of the upper main structure, including ZOOMLION's first flat-top boom tower crane RL205-10E, and six boom tower cranes including L250-16RB and L160-12E. Among them, RL205-10E, as an innovative masterpiece launched by ZOOMLION in response to global market demand, is the first R-generation new model to be shipped overseas with a round tenon standard section, and has been exported to Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia and other countries. It adopts advanced hydraulic cylinder variable amplitude technology, has two working modes: horizontal and dynamic. It can switch between horizontal and dynamic in 2 minutes. In the boom mode, the maximum operating angle can reach 87°, which is more suitable for narrow space operation. In the non-working state, the minimum parking radius is only 10m. It is flexible to install and disassemble, convenient to transport, and has strong adaptability to various types of working conditions, which is highly recognized by the project party. At the same time, ZOOMLION also provides customers with strong technical and service support.   ZOOMLION's R&D and service team communicated in depth with the project party to confirm the final internal climbing plan and force calculation; Chinese and Indonesian service engineers worked closely together throughout the process to ensure the smooth completion of installation and commissioning, and held special training for operators. The company also replenished spare parts and carried out regular inspections for the project tower cranes, providing reliable guarantees for the use of equipment, which was recognized by front-line construction personnel.

At 11:00 p.m. on May 2, with the help of ZOOMLION cranes, the first wind turbine hoisting of Section II of the main construction project of the wind farm of the Xinjiang Tianshan North Foothill New Energy Base Project, my country's first "Shagohuang" large base transmission channel project, was successfully completed, pressing the accelerator for "Xinjiang Power into Chongqing".   The project is an important part of the "Xinjiang Power into Chongqing", a key project of the "14th Five-Year Plan" of the country, with a total installed capacity of 4.1 million kW. After completion, it will effectively integrate Chongqing's electricity demand with Xinjiang's resource advantages and promote the cross-regional optimization of energy resources. The construction scale of Section II of the project is huge, and the wind turbine installation needs to be completed on hundreds of square kilometers of Gobi Desert.   The wind turbine unit hoisted by ZOOMLION cranes this time has a single unit capacity of 8.35MW, a blade length of 103m, and a whole wind turbine weight of 735t. Faced with challenges such as tight construction schedule and complex environment, the project team formulated a "one machine, one plan" before hoisting, and repeatedly simulated key steps such as the placement of site equipment and tools, crane station position, and full-load test. The Gobi Desert often blows 6-7 level winds during the day. In order to ensure safety, the hoisting of wind turbine blades is arranged at night.   During the hoisting, everyone seized the window period of light wind, and a ZOOMLION 1000t crawler crane and three auxiliary cranes started the operation simultaneously. During the entire hoisting process, the equipment was lifted steadily. As the Y530 wind turbine blades achieved "millimeter-level" docking with the nacelle at an altitude of 116m, the precise performance fully met the construction expectations, creating a good start for the subsequent advancement of the project. In the future, ZOOMLION will continue to use various types of crane equipment with leading technology and excellent quality to create efficient and reliable full-scenario wind power hoisting solutions, serve the construction of major projects in various places, and help achieve the "dual carbon" goals as soon as possible.
