On May 19, 2026, a customer from Italy visited for a factory inspection related to SINOMADA rotary drilling rigs and excavators. Before the visit, we asked about their itinerary in China and proactively arranged flights, hotels, meals, and local transportation for them. We also contacted the relevant factories in advance to prepare for the machine tours.

The customer had expressed an interest in visiting our company in Changsha and inspecting the factories last year. However, due to their busy schedule across China, they had never found the time. This time, the customer's translator took the initiative to bring them to Changsha for a short visit. During their stay, we arranged for them to visit Sunward's rotary drilling rig manufacturing facility and Sany's pump truck exhibition hall, where they gained a general understanding of product details and export requirements. After the factory tour, we arranged transportation to see them off at the high-speed railway station on their way back to Zhengzhou.

Following the visit, we promptly prepared the quotation sheets and will continue close follow-up to move the first cooperation forward.
