Thailand Customers Visited XCMG Factory

On February 20, 2025, a delegation of customers from Thailand visited our company for a comprehensive inspection and in-depth discussions on excavator products, laying a solid foundation for future collaboration. Our sales manager facilitated the meeting, and the clients were introduced through a referral—a testament to the market's strong recognition of our products and services. Prior to the visit, our team confirmed the itinerary and requirements in detail, meticulously organizing the factory tour to ensure a productive and time-efficient inspection within the clients’ tight schedule. Upon arrival in Xuzhou, June Li provided end-to-end assistance, from airport pickup and dining arrangements to the factory visit. During the equipment inspection, our technical team conducted live demonstrations and addressed the delegation’s questions regarding performance specifications, maintenance, and other critical details. The clients expressed high satisfaction with both the product quality and our professional service. Following the visit, we promptly addressed the clients’ specific requests and formulated a follow-up action plan to accelerate project finalization. This engagement not only reinforced their trust in our company but also contributed to our strategic expansion in the Southeast Asian market.

On June 28, 2023  In a significant development, SINOMADA welcomed a distinguished customer from Thailand to its office on June 28, fostering discussions that revolved around the intricacies of tractor machinery. During the visit, both SINOMADA representatives and the Thai customer engaged in detailed discussions, exploring various aspects of tractor models, functionalities, and specifications. The exchange of ideas and information laid the groundwork for a comprehensive understanding of the customer's requirements and expectations. Following the productive meeting, the delegation embarked on a joint visit to the renowned Orange Island in Changsha.  This excursion not only provided an opportunity for informal discussions but also showcased the cultural richness of the region, enhancing the overall experience for the Thai customer. SINOMADA expressed its enthusiasm about the prospect of collaborating with the Thai client and looks forward to further strengthening the relationship in the tractor industry. Thailand Customer Visited SINOMADA Office for Horizontal Directional Drilling

On November 26, 2019, the customers from Thailand visited our company. We met at Shanghai airport and had a meeting at our office to discuss the detailed specification of machines.  We worked together until 3:00pm and confirmed the order finally. The clients arranged the deposit the same day. We both believed that there would be more business cooperation.

Thailand Customers Visited SINOMADA Office

On January 10, 2019, customers from Thailand came to visit SINOMADA office. The customer came with his friend since he could not understand English or Chinese. His friend is a Chinese who has worked in Thailand for many years.  With the help of his friend, we had a meeting in the office, focusing on ZOOMLION truck cranes and HELI forklifts. After confirming price, delivery time and payment terms, we went to ZOOMLION factory and inspected cranes together the next day. It was a short but happy journey.  After going back to Thailand, the client made the full payment soon as there was ready new stock. Everything goes smoothly and hope there is another opportunity for the second cooperation.
