United Arab Emirates Customers Visited SINOMADA Office

On June 7th, the customer  service department of our company received a consultation call from two important customers. The customer asked us about the supply of used pump trucks over the phone. After detailed communication, we understand the needs of customers. After knowing the customer's needs, we quickly sorted out the customer's needs into a detailed report and sent it to our purchasing team. When the purchasing team received the report, they immediately contacted our long-term partner, a well-known used equipment supplier.  At the same time, our customers service team also began to prepare for the intense work. They greeted the customers and delivered to the booked hotel. In the hotel, our staff once again communicated with the customers  to understand in detail the customer's specific requirements and expectations for the equipment. The next day, the customers came to the equipment display site early. We described the equipment's performance, usage, and maintenance record in detail, and answered a series of questions raised by customers. The customers was satisfied with the performance and condition of the equipment and decided to purchase the equipment. On the way to sending off, we also provided some suggestions for the client about the use and maintenance of the equipment to ensure that the customers; can use the equipment smoothly. Finally, the customers boarded the high-speed train smoothly and left Changsha with a satisfied smile. This successful transaction allows customers to express their appreciation and gratitude for our company's services and wins more reputation and trust for our company.

UAE Customers Visited KEMER Factory

On November 21,2023, Leena Li led his customers on a factory tour and negotiation, inspecting the production process and discussing the next order. The customers were impressed with the equipment and the factory, expressing their satisfaction and interest in a new order.  Leena engaged in deep conversations with the customers, understanding their needs and promising to provide a detailed quotation and solution. Considering the customers' tight schedule, Leena arranged a trip to another city. On the way, they chatted and further strengthened their understanding of each other. This successful factory tour also built a solid bridge between our company and our customers.

UAE Customer Visited SINOMADA Office and SDLG Factory

On May 14, 2019, one customer came to visit our office, and we visited the SDLG factory together. The customer came from Jordan but ran his own company in UAE. He came to China alone and searched for SDLG machines for his project in Cameroon this time.  We had a long meeting in our office. During this meeting, he showed us many details of his projects and his company so that we could know each other better. He was a very punctual and generous gentleman. Whenever we picked him up at his hotel, he was always waiting for us in advance.  To know more about SDLG machines, we went to visit the SDLG factory together and he was very satisfied with their quality. After staying together for about 5 days, we are more like good friends than business partners.
