Maldives Customer Visited SINOMADA Factory

On September 11, 2024, I went to Pudong Airport to meet old customers from the Maldives. On the same day, I took them to visit the Shanghai headquarters, introduced the company's latest products and services in detail, and discussed new order requirements together. After the meeting, I accompanied the customer to the Bund and visited Shanghai's iconic attractions. On September 12, we went to the generator factory in Yangzhou for machine inspection. The customer was very satisfied with the product quality and the factory's production process, and took a lot of photos and videos to keep. That night, we returned to Shanghai and accompanied the customer to relax and shop. On September 13, I sent the customer to the airport for the return trip, then arranged for shipment, and provided a detailed quotation for the customer's new order requirements. The entire reception process was successful and smooth, which not only deepened the customer's trust in us, but also laid a more solid foundation for future long-term cooperation.

Ethiopia Customers Visited SINOMADA Office

On August 6, 2024, we received a customer from Ethiopia. After inquiring about several machines in June, the customer asked us if we could arrange a company visit. He and his father wanted to visit our company in China. At the end of July, the invitation letter I applied for the customer was approved. After staying in Guangzhou for a week, the customer came to Changsha. The customer said that he did not want to visit the factory for the time being, and wanted to confirm the price first and understand the situation of our company. So I led the customer to visit our company and provided him with machine quotes and after-sales services. This visit and communication gained the trust of the customer. When the customer left, he said that he would follow up with us on the purchase issue later.

Russian Customers Visited XCMG Factory

On July 3, 2024,the sun was just right, the Russian customers came to visit our factory. Our business team lined up in front of the lobby to welcome them with the most enthusiasm and the most professional attitude, showing the company's sincerity and attention.  In the detailed product display link, customers show a strong interest in the dump truck series, and constantly ask for technical details and market application, the two sides exchange warm and in-depth. In view of our tight schedule, we carefully selected a local specialty restaurant and arranged a sumptuous business lunch at noon, aiming to further deepen our mutual understanding and friendship. After dinner, we and the customer in the restaurant left a precious group photo, freeze-frame this pleasant moment of cooperation.

This important customer on Alibaba platform, whom I met in 2021, not only has his own booming trading company in Yiwu, showing his keen market insight and strong business operation ability, but also has expressed his strong interest in high-quality transport vehicles to us through online channels for many times. After several detailed inquiries and communication, The foundation of trust and cooperation between the two sides is becoming more and more solid. On Tuesday, we carefully prepared a detailed and competitive offer for their latest requirements, aiming to provide customers with the most suitable solution for their business needs. When the customer came here to deal with other cargo matters in Changsha, we seized this rare opportunity and quickly arranged a face-to-face in-depth communication. United Arab Emirates Customers Visited SINOMADA Office

On June 7th, the customer  service department of our company received a consultation call from two important customers. The customer asked us about the supply of used pump trucks over the phone. After detailed communication, we understand the needs of customers. After knowing the customer's needs, we quickly sorted out the customer's needs into a detailed report and sent it to our purchasing team. When the purchasing team received the report, they immediately contacted our long-term partner, a well-known used equipment supplier.  At the same time, our customers service team also began to prepare for the intense work. They greeted the customers and delivered to the booked hotel. In the hotel, our staff once again communicated with the customers  to understand in detail the customer's specific requirements and expectations for the equipment. The next day, the customers came to the equipment display site early. We described the equipment's performance, usage, and maintenance record in detail, and answered a series of questions raised by customers. The customers was satisfied with the performance and condition of the equipment and decided to purchase the equipment. On the way to sending off, we also provided some suggestions for the client about the use and maintenance of the equipment to ensure that the customers; can use the equipment smoothly. Finally, the customers boarded the high-speed train smoothly and left Changsha with a satisfied smile. This successful transaction allows customers to express their appreciation and gratitude for our company's services and wins more reputation and trust for our company.

Cameroon Customers Visited SINOMADA Office

On May 6, 2024, Jamina Liu, one of our business staff, welcomed a valued customer from Cameroon. These customers found us through Alibaba, an e-commerce platform with which we have cooperated for a long time, and they expressed strong interest in our construction machinery products. In the conference room, Jamina Liu introduced our company's excavator and tractor products to the guests in detail. The customer expressed strong interest in Jamina Liu's introduction and actively asked questions and discussed. The whole meeting was amicable, friendly, and productive. Finally, the two sides reached a consensus on the intention of cooperation and agreed on the follow-up specific cooperation matters.

On April 24, 2024, a Dominican customer visited the Star Horse office. Previously, the customer on the phone said he wanted to discuss the product order in detail, and the SINOMADA company immediately welcomed. Afterward, the customer came to the SINOMADA office as scheduled. During this visit, two staff members led the customer to the conference room and then communicated with him about relevant matters. During the visit, the customer learned about the production schedule of the previous order. Communicate with each other about the delivery and answer questions about the goods. Finally, at the end of the conversation with the customer, a consensus was formed.

Mexico Customer Visited SINOMADA Office

The customer asked for the 37m pump truck in the Alibaba inquiry.,then We reported the price of SANY and XCMG to the client. The customer was more interested in XCMG, and proposed that the manager of their company would come to China to visit the factory, and gave the manager's contact information. Last Sunday, his manager arrived in Shanghai and told me he could visit our Shanghai headquarters, but it was canceled because the customer was going to Yiwu. On Monday evening, the customer informed me that he would go to Xuzhou to see the machine the next day, so I immediately contacted Manager Huang and made an appointment to see the factory. The customer's schedule was very urgent. After lunch with the customer, he went to the factory and determined the authenticity of the factory and machine. Then he went to take the high-speed train back to Yiwu.

Russia Customers Visited SUNWARD & SANY Factory

The customer found me on the Global Sources website and expressed that they were going to visit China. The customer hired a translator to accompany them and took them to visit Sunward Intelligent's factory. The customer was very interested in aerial work vehicles and scissor trucks. After the visit, lunch was served, and the customer returned to Russia to negotiate and decide on purchasing matters.

UAE Customers Visited KEMER Factory

On November 21,2023, Leena Li led his customers on a factory tour and negotiation, inspecting the production process and discussing the next order. Ethiopia Customer Visited SINOMADA Office

On Oct 28, my customer called me from Ethiopia and told me he will arrive in China on 5th.Nov. and in Changsha on 9th. I picked him up at Airport and drived him to hotel to take down the belongings, then we had a dinner and fun talk time. The next day morning, we arrived at our office SINOMADA and I gave a brief indroduction of company history and exporting cases. Then we drived to pump truck factory, at the same time, we confirmed the exact model and price. Near night, we had a visition of a concrete batching plant. Then on 11th. morning, I came to my customer's hotel and we "fighted" and agreed the purchase price immediately.
