Russia Customer Visited SINOMADA Office

On May 15, 2023, our customer from Russia visited SINOMADA for construction machines. This time, the customer wanted to expend their business with Chinese machines. We introduced our company and the business line, and also showed our successful cases from Russia. The customer was very interested in it and wanted to know more details and info. After the meeting, we invited him to have lunch. We had good chatting and knew more about each other. The client said that he's very happy with this meeting and hoped we could establish the business relationship.

Russia Customer Visited SINOMADA Office

On May 15, 2023, our Russian customer visited SINOMADA office. The customer came to China to attend the 3rd Changsha International Construction Equipment Exhibition, so we invited him to our office. We introduced the basic situation of the company, shared our success stories and visit records of other customers. We offered on-site quotation for the construction machine models that the customer is interested in. According to the customer, our price is very competitive and our service is good, and he wants to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with our company.

Mexico Customer Visited SINOMADA Office and XCMG & HANGCHA & HELI Factory

On April 24, 2023, Our Mexican customer visited SINOMADA office for HANGCHA and HELI forklifts. Before that, He placed a ten units forklift order from us. This time, he intended to expend his business and strengthen the cooperation between us. We arranged two days for visiting three factories. We visited all kinds of forklifts of HANGCHA and HELI, and XCMG wheel loaders and truck cranes. We had a great business trip. The customer said that it was a very impressive business travel and thanked us a lot. And in the future we will enhance the cooperation relationship between the two sides.

Russia Customers Visited SINOMADA Office and CATERPILLAR Factory

On April 19, 2023, a group of Russian customers visited our office. At 9:45 in the morning, we picked up the customers at the gate of the their hotel and went to the company together. We introduced the basic situation of the company, shared our success stories and visit records of other customers, and discussed the future cooperation plan together. After the meeting, we had lunch and and talked about many interesting things. After lunch, we went to visit the CATERPILLAR factory together. After the visit, we sent the customers back to the hotel and gave them the gift we prepared in advance. Customers said that they learned a lot of useful information through visits and communication, which was very helpful to them, and thanked us for our reception.

Spain Customer Visited SINOMADA Office

On April 4, 2023, a customer from Spain visited our office. At 9:30 in the morning, we picked up the customer at the gate of the customer's hotel and went to the company together. We discussed the customer's previous order and our future cooperation. After the meeting, we had lunch together. The customer has been to China many times, and his Chinese pronunciation is very well. During the meal, he chatted with us about the cities he has visited and the food. He also shared with us a lot of interesting things about his visit to China. After lunch, we sent our customer back to the hotel. This meeting has deepened the cooperation between us.

Mexico Customer Visited Our Office for Meeting on Forklift

At the end of 2022, a Mexico customer visited our Shanghai office for HANGCHA and HELI forklift. We had a good time with each other during meeting time. Mrs. Selina introduced our company structure to the customer. The customer also had a brief introduction of their company, and they have a branch in China for importing machines. As they purchased HANGCHA forklift before, we provided our company catalogue and showed him our successful cases. After we finished meeting, he took some brochures and indicated that they are satisfied with our company and said that our company is strong and big! We both hope we can cooperate with each other in the near future!

Guinea Customers Visited Our Office for Meeting on Surface Drill Rig

On November 24, 2022, our Guinea customers visited SINOMADA office for SUNWARD SWDE120S-3 surface drill rig, which also called down hole drilling rig, mostly used for rock drilling. We showed him the rigs in SUNWARD factory, and also watched many other construction machines he interested in. After visiting machines, we had a meeting at our office for the details and further cooperation and had a delicious dinner. It's a good meeting for both of us.

Seychelles Customer Visited Our Factory for Loading Excavator

On September 20, 2022, a Seychelles customer visited our factory, because one unit XCMG XE55DA and one unit XCMG XE35U excavator he purchased were being loaded on this day. During loading, he was full of praise for the work efficiency of the factory and the quality of the machines. After loading, we also invited the customer to visit other place of the factory. The customer was also very interested in other machines and asked about the price on the spot, saying that there will be cooperation in the future.

Niger Customers Visited SINOMADA Office and LONKING Factory

On December 6, 2019, one Niger customers Mr. Abba came to visit our office with the end user. Mr. Abba has lived in Shanghai for many years and he can speak Chinese well. So we did not have any communication problems.  His customers has very clear demand for 5-ton wheel loader. After a short meeting and a brief introduction in our office, we went to LONKING factory which is not far from our office. They checked the loader carefully, and we had a quick meal together. They are very nice and gentleman. Hope we will have happy cooperation soon.

Thailand Customer Visited SINOMADA Office for Horizontal Directional Drilling

On November 26, 2019, the customers from Thailand visited our company. We met at Shanghai airport and had a meeting at our office to discuss the detailed specification of machines.  We worked together until 3:00pm and confirmed the order finally. The clients arranged the deposit the same day. We both believed that there would be more business cooperation.

On November 21, 2019, one customer from Sudan came to visit SINOMADA office for tractors and loaders.  Our customer checked the factories that we recommended to him. Although the project was postponed for some reason we built a good relationship with each other.

Sudan Customer Visited SINOMADA Office for Wheel Loader

On October 28, 2019, a Sudanese customer visited our company for wheel loader. The client found us through alibaba, and we knew each other before his travel. We recommended XCMG ZL50GN wheel loader which is quite popular in sudan with its good quality.  After confirming the final specification and price, our customer decided to have a meeting with us, so we picked him up at Shanghai airport on Oct. 27th. The next day we made the sales contract. Our client directly called his agent to arrange the payment.
