At noon on March 28, local time, a 7.9-magnitude earthquake occurred in Mandalay, Myanmar. After the earthquake, SANY Group dispatched emergency personnel from the Heavy Machinery Division to the scene from China. Together with the SANY Foundation, a SANY rescue team of more than 30 people was formed within 1 hour, and more than 10 mechanical rescue equipment such as excavators were urgently coordinated to rush to the disaster area in Mandalay.
At noon on March 31, local time, in Block

members. The first floor of a high-rise building collapsed into a basement. In
order to find survivors as soon as possible, the rescue team used excavator
equipment and adopted a human-machine joint and human-machine linkage method
from noon that day to continue to carry out safe demolition operations
downward.
In recent days, the SANY rescue team has urgently raised 3.5 tons of rescue supplies, including generators, fuel, food, drinking water, tents, blankets, medical supplies and other supplies urgently needed in the disaster area, and arrived in the disaster area on March 30.
In the rescue team, the three support staff
of the SANY Foundation all have experience in Turkey earthquake rescue. They
have contacted the Chinese National Rescue Team this morning and assumed the
rescue mission of providing fuel and engineering machinery support to the
Chinese National Rescue Team, providing security for the national rescue team.
In the future, the SANY Rescue Team will
continue to fulfill its corporate social responsibility and help Myanmar's
post-disaster reconstruction.
