Recently, "Mobility Live", the premier mobile event in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia, was successfully concluded at ABU Dhabi National Exhibition Center in the United Arab Emirates. During the two-day show, SANY took center stage with its latest advances in the field of electric mobility, especially its two latest electric trucks and the new battery swap station, which successfully attracted 42 prospective orders.

SANY joined hands with Electric mobility solutions provider Emirates Global Motor Electric (EGME) and leading global logistics company DSV to showcase its electric semi-trailer EV490, electric light truck and battery changing station SY312. Among them, SY312 as the world's first mini substation, covers an area of only 40 square meters, but can complete a single battery replacement in 6 minutes, to meet the charging and changing needs of about 30 heavy trucks.

The EV490 electric semi-trailer tractor shows its outstanding performance with its 100 ton load capacity and fast charging time of one hour. Electric refrigerated light trucks are ideal for food cold chain logistics in the hot climate of the Middle East, with their 3 ton load and equally excellent endurance.

Following the UAE government's proposed "Net Zero 2050" strategy, SANY has made a significant contribution to the UAE's carbon reduction goals by launching electric trucks in the UAE market in mid-2023 through its distributor EGME. This year, SANY plans to further expand the sales of electric products in the UAE to respond to the green mobility initiative and promote the green transformation of the logistics industry in the Middle East.
