After charging for 40 minutes, it can achieve a range of more than 200km depending on road conditions, ensuring the efficiency of the transportation process. The mixing drum of this pure electric mixer truck is made of 980MPa high-strength steel, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and has a stronger loading capacity; the spiral blade adopts a patented concave hyperboloid structure and a double logarithmic spiral arrangement, which increases the tank filling rate by 18%, the feeding and discharging efficiency by 15%, and increases the loading capacity of a single concrete load, avoiding concrete segregation, and improving the transportation quality. The whole vehicle is equipped with three control terminals: rear control panel, remote control and cab screen control. It has multi-dimensional control, intelligent start and stop, simple operation and strong selectivity, which can solve the inconvenience of loading and unloading control and transport high-quality concrete in the construction of the Yangtze River to Han River project.
