Recently, dozens of LIUGONG mid-to-large loaders were delivered in batches to a bureau of China Railway Corporation.

The models delivered include the LIUGONG 862H and LIUGONG 886THST hydrostatic loaders. With excellent adaptability to different environments and stable long-term performance, they are widely applied in railway freight yard loading and unloading operations.

In line with the intelligent transformation needs of the railway industry, LIUGONG has partnered with China Railway Corporation. Leveraging digital technology and deep insights into railway operating conditions, LIUGONG carried out customized development for specific scenarios, covering power systems, intelligent control, and operation processes.

Loading and unloading in railway freight yards requires robust, efficient, and reliable equipment due to heavy workloads and long continuous operation times. The LIUGONG 862H hydrostatic loader, with a rated load capacity of 6.5 tons (close to the 7-ton level of its predecessor), is powered by a 200kW engine that provides strong performance and efficiency. It can also be equipped with a 3.5–6m³ bucket to handle different materials.

The LIUGONG 886THST hydrostatic loader features an optimized working attachment and bucket structure, further improving overall efficiency. With hydrostatic drive technology, intelligent braking, and constant-variable closed-center technology, it delivers remarkable energy savings and a lower total cost of ownership. It offers smooth continuously variable speed, no slope slippage, strong starting power, and high traction at low speeds, ensuring even greater operational efficiency.
